Your first-trip checklist
Add a car, add a driver, then book and dispatch your first trip. Three quick steps and you're live.
1. Add a car
Start with a vehicle, because the car carries the price. Open Cars and add your first one — a Mercedes S-Class, say — with its capacity, luggage limits and rates. Every distance-priced trip and quote then works its own fare out from the car you choose. Full walkthrough: Add a car.
Where to find it
Dashboard → Cars → Add car
2. Add a driver
Next, add a driver so there's someone to assign — name, phone, email and a photo. Only active drivers show in the assignment picker, and you can link a driver such as James Kelly to the vehicles he's cleared to drive. See Add a driver.
Where to find it
Dashboard → Drivers → Add driver
3. Book the trip
Now create the trip itself: Trips → New trip. Enter the customer, the pickup and drop-off (pick each address from the suggestions so the distance calculates), the date, passenger count and the vehicle. Add a flight number for an airport run and any notes for the driver. Full guide: Create a trip and Airport transfers.
4. Dispatch it
With a car, a driver and a trip in place, open the dispatch board, drag the trip onto your driver, and send them the job by their secure trip link, SMS or Telegram. The driver opens a run sheet — pickup, drop-off, passenger, timing — and you follow the trip live from en route to completed. See Assign a driver.
After the trip
When the passenger is dropped and the trip is completed, turn it into an invoice and get paid: Invoice a trip. For anything bigger than a point-to-point, send a quote first — an accepted quote converts straight to an invoice.
