How customers book online

Your booking page lets customers quote and book a trip themselves, day or night — route in, vehicle chosen, details entered, paid. Here's the journey they take.

Route and time

The customer starts with their pickup location and destination, choosing each from the address suggestions so both ends are pinned precisely, then picks the date and time. With the route set, we work out the distance behind the scenes — the same calculation you get when you create a trip yourself.

Where to find it

Your public booking page → Pickup, Destination, Date & Time

Choose a vehicle and see the price

Next they pick a vehicle from your fleet, with passenger capacity shown on each so they self-select the right size — a saloon for two, a van for a family with luggage. The fare comes straight from that vehicle's pricing and the calculated distance, so what they see is what they'll pay. The number of passengers is checked against the vehicle's limit.

Booking page → Vehicle selection → quoted fare

Details, return and payment

The passenger enters their name, email and phone, and can tick Add return trip to book the journey home at the same time. If you've connected Stripe or Revolut, they pay by card to confirm; a manual-pricing vehicle instead sends you a quote request to price by hand rather than booking instantly.

Where to find it

Booking page → passenger details → Add return → pay / request quote

From booking to dispatch

Online bookings land in your Trips exactly like ones you enter yourself, ready to assign a driver and run from the dispatch board. Switch on Telegram alerts and a late-night booking pings your team the moment it comes in — so a 2am airport request is on someone's radar by morning without anyone watching the screen.

Tip. Run your everyday vehicles in automatic pricing so customers can book and pay instantly, and reserve manual pricing for the bespoke jobs — weddings, day hire — you'd always want to quote by hand. See Vehicle pricing.
