Verify your email address

Confirm your email so you can log in and so the confirmations, quotes and receipts your account sends actually go out.

Confirm your email

After signing up we send a verification email to the address you registered with. Open it and click the link to confirm your address. Verifying proves the mailbox is yours and switches on the messages your account relies on — customer trip confirmations, branded quotes, invoices and password resets.

Where to find it

Your inbox → Verify email link

Didn't get it?

Give it a couple of minutes, then check your spam or promotions folder — verification links sometimes land there. Confirm you typed your address correctly at sign-up too; a single wrong character sends the email nowhere. You can request a fresh link from the login screen.

Where to find it

Website → Log in → Resend verification

Why it matters for your customers

Everything you send a customer — the confirmation when Aoife Byrne books her airport transfer, the branded quote, the invoice PDF — goes out under your account. If your address isn't verified, those messages can be held. Verifying once clears the path for all of it, so do it before you book your first trip.

Note. Verifying your sign-in email is separate from sending customer email from your own domain. If you want quotes and invoices to come from [email protected], set that up under Settings → Email Domain Settings.

Still stuck

If a fresh link still doesn't arrive, see Emails aren't arriving, or use Contact support at the foot of the page. Once you're verified, head to Logging in and then your first-trip checklist.
