Activity logs
Behind the scenes, key actions in your account are recorded — sign-ins and changes to your data — so there's a trail to look back on when you need one.
What's recorded
The activity log keeps an audit trail of account events: who signed in (and failed sign-in attempts), and key create and update actions on your data. It's the record you reach for when you need to confirm who did what and when — reassurance that matters most once more than one person is helping run the business.
Where to find it
Account audit trail (administrator access)
Who can see it
The activity log is an administrator-level audit feature rather than an everyday screen — it's there for security and accountability across the account. If you need to review it and don't have access, an account administrator or Contact support can help you get to the right record.
Where to find it
Ask an administrator, or use Contact support
For everyday history, use the customer record
Day to day, the history most operators actually want isn't the audit log — it's “what's happened with this customer?” For that, open the customer to see their bookings, trips and invoices in one place. When Aoife Byrne queries a charge or asks for “the usual”, her record has the answer far quicker than any log. See Customer details & history.
