Add testimonials

Real words from real passengers do more to win a booking than any sales copy — especially for weddings, corporate travel and airport runs where reliability is everything.

How testimonials appear

Testimonials show as their own section on your booking site: each one carries a star rating, the review in the customer's words, their name and, where relevant, the source. Sat among your fleet and pricing, a short note from a happy passenger — “On time for a 5am flight, spotless S-Class, couldn't fault it” — reassures a first-time customer at the exact moment they're deciding.

Where they sit

Testimonials show as a section on your booking site, alongside your fleet and your FAQs — the run of reassurance a customer reads before they commit. They work best just below your vehicles, at the moment someone is weighing up the booking, so a real passenger's words land right when they matter.

Choosing what to show

Pick reviews that speak to the things new customers worry about — punctuality, professionalism, the condition of your vehicles. A handful of strong, specific testimonials beats a long list of vague ones. “Great service” says little; “James was waiting at arrivals with a name board and had us home in forty minutes” sells the whole experience.

Tip. After a smooth wedding or a regular corporate run, that's the moment to ask for a line you can show. If you'd like reviews added to your booking site and don't see the option, use Contact support and we'll help you get them in place.
